The Bill (Reg.№4630) envisages the regulation of the issue on the banking system restructuring under the condition of crisis. The principles concern the simplification of the banks reorganization order, actives and liabilities transference, decrease of the statute capital etc.
The Bill envisages that in case the rate of the bank capital I lesser that the statute capital, the temporary administrator during three days should introduce the corresponding amendments to the bank statute in the capitalization of which the country takes part.
The Bill specifies the order of the information that the proposition of the National Bank should contain concerning the capitalization of banks and the state audit firm report.
The Bill implements that the information transference between the National Bank of Ukraine and Ministry on Finances concerning the banks the state takes part in the capitalization of which, is implemented without the observance of the principles of the banking secret revealing determined by the article 62 of the Law "On Banks and Banking Activity."
